Arkoveya:
corporate energy agreement

The renewable energy developer looks for reliable buyers for its future production, and the corporate buyer looks for clean electricity at predictable prices. Today, these agreements take place across emails, spreadsheets, contract versions, and bank records. Arkoveya consolidates the entire lifecycle of the Forward-PPA, from discovery to settlement, into a single workspace that both companies monitor under their own authority.

life cycle

From the ad
to compromise

The developer publishes a standard project and delivery proposal; The buyer compares the projects in the same information structure, chooses the MWh amount he needs and sees the payment effect. The contract is prepared with the company information in session; The signatures of both parties, payment, production verification, objection and compensation are tracked in a common status model tied to the same agreement.

The role of blockchain

joint registration,
open borders

Blockchain is not an ornament here, but a layer of verification: entitlement, prevention of selling the same right twice, escrow and collateral conditions, and atomic transfer. The rationale is that the parties need a joint record that is independently verifiable; Chains are not used for tasks that a database can solve.

smart contract

ERC-1155 energy rights, test payment token, collateral, sell limit and double sell protection. Only the registrar issues, unverified wallet cannot receive; No sales can be made without guarantee.

digital signature

EIP-191 + A4 PDF

Contract summary, parties, quantity, price and chain ID are signed in one message; Any altered document or other signer will be rejected. Real A4 PDF downloadable, signature can be independently verified.

Security

institutional discipline

Scrypt password storage, HttpOnly session, CSRF/Origin/Host control, role and company data separation, idempotency, hash chain audit record, KVKK data limits and aggregated archive for TURKSTAT.

Revenue model

Corporate subscription, capped low-rate success fee (approximately 0.25–0.50% of the actual contract value) and additional operational services. The platform's revenue does not come from holding payment funds in its own account or selling customer data.

Status: running local pilot (Node.js, Solidity, native EVM, SQLite). No real money, no real KYC, no public chain or real production data attached; Since it runs on a single computer, it does not yet provide decentralization. Going live requires expert evaluation in terms of the energy market, payment services and KVKK. Source code is in private repository (arcoor-energy-forward); demo on request.
